Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion directly in the BASSIQ app:

If you cannot access the app, email support@stix.us.com with "Delete Account" in the subject line. We may verify that you control the account before completing the request.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple-managed purchases or issue refunds. Manage purchases through your Apple ID or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Purchases, Credits, and Refunds

BASSIQ purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. If credits or items do not appear after purchase, contact support with your BASSIQ handle, approximate purchase time, product shown in the app, and any Apple receipt or transaction details available from your purchase history.

Report Offensive Content or Abusive Users

BASSIQ includes public profiles, global chat, and player room chat. To report offensive content, abusive users, harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, or safety concerns, use the in-app report action on the relevant message or profile when possible. You can also mute players in the app to hide their chat messages from your view.

Moderation and Account Enforcement

We may remove content, hide content, ban users from chat, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or limit access to chat and player rooms when needed to enforce our Terms of Use, community rules, legal obligations, or App Store safety requirements.

If your account was suspended or banned, or you were banned from chat, and you believe it was a mistake, contact support with your BASSIQ handle and a description of the issue.

Privacy and Data Requests

To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help, visit Privacy Choices or email support@stix.us.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Bug Reports

If BASSIQ is not working as expected, include your device model, iOS version, app version, what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful if they do not include sensitive information.

How do I update my profile?

Open BASSIQ, go to your profile or account settings, update your handle, display name, profile photo, bio, location text, or social links, and save your changes.

How do notifications work?

You can enable or disable notification categories in the app and in iOS Settings. Optional login activity sharing can be turned off in notification privacy settings.

Can I use BASSIQ without an account?

Some public browsing may be available without signing in. Tournaments, chat, profiles, purchases, and account-specific features require authentication.
