Privacy Choices

Your Controls

BASSIQ gives you several ways to control your information:

• Profile: update your handle, display name, profile photo, bio, location text, and social links in the app.
• Notifications: manage push notifications in the app and in iOS Settings. Optional login activity sharing can be disabled in notification privacy settings.
• Account deletion: initiate deletion from BASSIQ Settings, or contact support if you cannot access the app.
• App Store purchases: manage Apple purchase history, refund requests, and subscriptions through your Apple ID or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy help, depending on applicable law and your location. We also honor reasonable privacy requests from users outside jurisdictions with specific privacy rights where we can verify the account and safely complete the request.

Account Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the BASSIQ app:

• Open BASSIQ.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access your account, email support@stix.us.com with "Delete Account" in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.

Deletion removes the account record, personal profile data, private settings, device tokens, profile photos, and related private records we are not required or permitted to retain. Public community, tournament, purchase, and moderation records may be removed or anonymized when they are retained for legal obligations, App Store purchase records, fraud prevention, safety moderation, dispute handling, tournament integrity, backups, or security logs. Reporting Safety or Moderation Issues

For offensive content, abusive users, player room chat issues, global chat issues, harassment, threats, or account enforcement questions, contact support immediately. Include screenshots, message details, player handles, room names, and approximate timestamps when available.

Verification and Response Timing

We may verify your identity before completing a privacy request. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and within legally required deadlines. Some requests may be limited if fulfilling them would affect another user's rights, interfere with fraud or safety investigations, conflict with legal obligations, or compromise tournament or purchase integrity.
